Is the MANTI MANTI fitting box on its way to you or has it already arrived? Here you'll find all the important details for choosing the perfect glasses for your child. We answer the most frequently asked questions about fitting, fit, and ordering. GO GO!
1. TEST THE GLASSES PROPERLY
The following things must be taken into account when testing the glasses:
1. Find the right size: Your glasses should fit well and not slip. Our optician Jonas explains what you should look for in this video .
2. Adjust the temples: If the glasses slip, the temple ends can be bent individually. Jonas explains how to do this in a video here .
3. Use nose pads: Our glasses have adjustable nose pads for an even better fit.
3. What happens after the fitting?
If you have found glasses:
1. Order glasses online: Select your desired model on our website and paste in or upload the lens values from your prescription.
2. Enter pupillary distance: If you don't want to measure the PD manually, you can use our online tool.
3. Return the fitting box: All five pairs of glasses, including the new favorite, must be returned. After all, the important lenses are still missing.
4. Please wait a moment: We will then install the individually produced lenses into your new favorite pair of glasses.
If no glasses fit:
1. Return glasses: Simply use the return label in the box to send all glasses back to us.
2. Order a new fitting box: If you would like to try out other models, you can of course simply order a new box.
