Which items can be returned?
- In principle, all products that have not been personalized can be returned. For optical glasses, this applies to non-prescription purchases (frames only).
- Within 30 days of receiving your delivery date
- New and unworn condition
- In the original packaging
How can I return my order?
- To return your fitting boxes, please use the enclosed return label.
- You can return other orders by letting us know using the contact form and quoting your order number. You will then receive the shipping label by email and can use it to return the item.
Which items are non-refundable?
- Orders where the frames were filled with prescription lenses, either by MANTI MANTI or an external optician.
- Once prescription lenses have been placed in a frame, that order is considered custom made and we cannot accept returns.
Do I have to pay for the return shipment?
- No, we provide you with one return label per order. Note: Return shipping is not covered for international returns.
- The original shipping is non-refundable
- MANTI MANTI is not responsible for returns lost during transit
How quickly will I receive my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned items.
- Finally, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
