Our name MANTI MANTI is inspired by the mantis shrimp. It is also known as the mantis shrimp and is the animal with the (theoretically) best eyes. The mantis shrimp has particularly highly developed eyes and can distinguish between UV and infrared rays and even different polarized light. The mantis shrimp is also particularly strong and many species are wonderfully bright and colorful.

Many glasses are immediately available and will be with you in about a week. If a pair of glasses is not available, we will quickly find a solution.

Please briefly describe what happened, which part of the glasses is affected and provide us with at least two photos. The defect should be clearly visible on the whole pair of glasses. In individual cases, we may also need defective glasses for inspection.

The glasses are made from a special castor oil-based plastic using a 3D printing process, then equipped with extra stable joints and combined with comfortable nose pads and temple ends.

The eyeglass parts are produced, assembled and packaged in Germany. Some of these steps are carried out by our partners in southern Germany.

The glasses are made from a renewable raw material and therefore use far fewer resources and have a much smaller carbon footprint than conventional glasses. They are also colorful, flexible and durable. Made for cool kids.

Yes, currently every pair of glasses is available in every color and (almost) every size. This means that you have a lot of choice, despite the selected shapes.

Yes, all glasses are available in three sizes. To make it easier to understand, we have divided them into size categories. Our glasses are always available in the 3-5 year and 6-9 year categories and, with one exception, also in the 10-12 year category.

This varies. In order to be able to accommodate as many children's faces as possible, there is a certain amount of variation within a size category. A rule of thumb: there is always a 2 mm lens size or 5 mm front width difference between two size categories.

Yes, the different size categories also come with different temple lengths. The 3-5 year old category has 125 mm temples, the 6-9 year old category has 13 mm temples and the 10-12 year old category has 135 mm temples. A replacement temple in 115 mm is also available.

Yes, the brackets can be shortened. We will be happy to provide you with a shorter or longer bracket free of charge. Please simply send us the bracket you don't need.
In addition to the 125 mm, 130 mm and 135 mm brackets, a 115 mm bracket is also available.

All Manti Manti glasses are equipped with a dot code. There are one or more dots in front of and behind the hinge. One dot stands for size 3-5 years and a temple length of 125 mm, two dots for size 6-9 years and a temple length of 130 mm and three dots for size 10-12 years and a temple length of 135 mm. If there is no dot, the temple is 115 mm long. If the number of dots in front of and behind the hinge is different, the temple has already been exchanged for a different temple length.

All Manti Manti prescription glasses are equipped with embedded nose pads made of medical silicone. These nose pads come in three different thicknesses and can be replaced as needed.

All Manti Manti prescription glasses are equipped with cold-adjustable temple ends. These can of course be replaced and do not need to be heated for the anatomical adjustment of the glasses.

Glasses and products that are manufactured using the 3D printing process should only be cleaned superficially with a damp cloth. A soft, clean cloth and some surfactant-based cleaning agent are particularly suitable for this. An ultrasonic bath and a solvent-based cleaning agent are not suitable and can damage the glasses frame.

We reduce the impact of our products on the environment to a minimum. We use a renewable raw material without petroleum for our glasses and only work with partners for whom sustainability is as important as it is to us.
